How to Roast Garlic! It’s So Simple and Delicious!

I don’t know why it took me so long (37 years) to roast my own garlic, but now I’m going to constantly have roasted bulbs in my fridge! It’s seriously so easy, and it adds a beautiful depth of flavor to whatever you incorporate it to! I followed this recipe, and seriously, my bulbs came out perfectly creamy and caramelized. I roasted two at a time, and put them in a muffin tin, with a light coating of olive on the exposed ends, and then covered them with foil.

I then used the roasted garlic cloves for homemade breadsticks, ate them straight, put them in the rice cooker with my rice, and added them to different sauces. I think I’m going to cook them into to this soup recipe tonight! Seriously, the things you can do are endless! As soon as I get my hands on some raw cashews, I’m going to prepare this cream cheese, but make it roasted garlic and chive cream cheese!
